This Privacy Policy describes how the MIRA Beauty Centers mobile application ("MIRA", "the App", "we") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the App to discover beauty centers, book appointments, browse services, and communicate with providers.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your name and phone number, provided when you sign in. Staff accounts additionally use a username and password.
• Booking information: appointments you create, including the selected service, provider, date, and time.
• Content you share: photos and videos you upload (for example portfolio images, product photos, or reels) and messages you send through in-app chat.
• Approximate usage data: basic technical information needed to operate the App reliably.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and sign you in.
• To create, manage, and display your bookings to you and the relevant beauty center.
• To deliver messages between customers and providers via in-app chat.
• To display content you choose to share (portfolios, products, reels) inside the App.
• To maintain the security and reliability of the service.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted backend platform, with access controlled through authenticated sessions and database-level security rules. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
• We do not collect your precise location in the background.

Camera, Photos, and Microphone

The App requests access to your camera, photo library, and microphone only when you choose to capture or upload photos or record videos (such as portfolio images or reels). These permissions are used solely for the features you invoke and can be revoked at any time in your device Settings.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below; we will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
